Many consulting firms offer quality services. At BEI, we strive to do more. We approach each task, whether it be a large remedial system design/installation, or a simple fluid level gathering event, with skill, experience, creativity, and a determination to give our clients outstanding service at very reasonable prices.

We have introduced various means of adding value to our service, to give our clients the true satisfaction of getting the most for their dollar. These values are continuously monitored for effectiveness, and additional savings are added wherever possible.

Typical added values our clients receive when engaging our services include:

Task Sensitive Fee Schedule

BEI personnel bill at rates applicable to the actual work being performed. Simply stated, our President bills out at a technician rate if doing technician work. This allows us to compete with larger firms, and gives higher quality service as a result of our experience level

Subcontracting Incentive

Subcontractor invoices are billed directly to our clients with no mark up to the invoices

Laboratory Costs

 BEI has national agreements with labs due to our volume of work. We have negotiated discounts with labs, and invoice to our clients with no mark up, giving double savings.

Travel Costs

 BEI will travel at the lowest cost, including stayovers for weekends to secure the best airfares. Clients are not charged for travel time. On projects where repeated travel is necessary, BEI will assume some of the travel costs.

Principal Attention

 Our clients get the experience required to get the job done. The engineer or scientist in project review meetings will be the same individual in the field doing the work.

Detailed Invoicing

 We designed our invoicing system to give exact details of what every employee did on each project. Invoices are submitted in a timely fashion, and can be customized to your exact specifications.
