Mr. Mortenson is the principal engineer at SCI in Socorro, New Mexico and supports BASCOR projects on an as-needed basis. He has provided services as the Engineer of record for subdivisions and projects performing design of water systems, waste water systems, drainage studies, paving, and subdivision layout. He has worked with BASCOR on various projects since 2000. He has investigated and designed erosion control structures, dams, and roadways.

Construction

Mr. Mortenson has experience in field work including surveying and staking roads, subdivisions, water systems, etc. He has performed QC oversight during construction activities.
