Technical and management abilities have been sharpened and proven through very significant experience in lead roles on diverse assignments. Management As a Senior Project Manager, Mr. Cipriano has been responsible for management of a variety of projects, including remedial investigations, RCRA permitting and closures, and litigation support cases. Projects have also involved evaluations of remedial alternatives for sites ranging from landfills and waste management units to UST’s. Mr. Cipriano has also directed numerous Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments for due diligence at a variety of sites. Strategies are developed to maximize the benefits of risk-based corrective action objectives relative to property re-development and final closure of regulated units. Clients have benefited from negotiations with regulatory agencies regarding consent orders, risk assessments, feasibility studies, permits, and closures of regulated units. Mr. Cipriano effectively identifies and directs a project to complete the critical path tasks in a timely manner. Projects are conducted in a fiscally responsible manner with status reporting to track progress and costs. Senior Scientist Mr. Cipriano designed and implemented numerous site characterization programs, prepared work plans, evaluated data, and completed reports for site activities. Mr. Cipriano specializes in maximizing existing site data and development of a site conceptual model site sufficient to evaluate remedial alternatives including no action and natural attenuation alternatives. Techniques for statistical evaluation of soil, water and waste analyses have been successfully applied for comparison to cleanup objectives, detection of releases, and classification of waste. He also has extensive experience in exposure route evaluations and associated demonstrations required by the ASTM risk-based approach to corrective action objectives in use by many regulatory programs.
